Cancellation and refund policy

Cancel monthly through the portal or public cancellation function.

This policy applies to Runrail Paid Alpha business and consumer subscriptions when checkout records this exact version. It does not open checkout by itself.

Cancellation

  • cancellation through Link or the Stripe-hosted billing portal, according to the provider model recorded at checkout
  • consumer cancellation through the continuously available public cancellation function
  • cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period
  • the free safe sample creates no subscription and requires no cancellation
  • subscription access ends when Stripe reports the subscription inactive
  • an older payment-status update cannot restore a cancelled subscription
  • inactive subscriptions lose package and customer-console access
  • payment details remain on Stripe-hosted surfaces

Refunds and billing corrections

For business subscriptions, unused time is not normally refunded or prorated after a valid monthly charge. Duplicate charges, an incorrect plan charge, failure to provide the purchased package or entitlement, or another verified billing error will be corrected by Veyact or the merchant-of-record provider through a refund, credit, or replacement access as appropriate.

The free safe sample creates no charge to refund. Cancellation, refund, or subscription expiry preserves read-only local history, exports, Change Passports, and uninstall access while blocking new reviews.

Consumers may exercise the separate 14-day withdrawal right described in the withdrawal instructions. Veyact's consumer Paid Alpha policy provides the stated refund even when immediate access was expressly requested. Mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Billing requests must be sent from the subscriber's account email and should include only the invoice or Checkout Session reference requested by support. Card details, recovery credentials, source code, and API keys must not be sent.
