Withdrawal information

Consumer sales have not started. This information is published in advance and applies to consumer purchases that record it at checkout, together with terms version 2026-10-16-v1.

Right and period

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the subscription contract is concluded.

To exercise the right, inform Raul-Nicolae Manolescu, Einzelunternehmen, Schopfwiesenstr. 5, 75236 Kämpfelbach, Germany, contact@veyact.com of your decision by an unequivocal statement. You may use the online withdrawal function or the model form below, but use of the model form is not mandatory. It is sufficient to send the withdrawal declaration before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

Payments received for the subscription are refunded without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your declaration, using the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise.

If you explicitly requested immediate access during the withdrawal period, the statutory rules for services already provided may apply. Any such request is presented separately before payment, never pre-ticked. Before payment you will always see the total price, that the subscription recurs, delivery timing, cancellation, and this withdrawal information.
