Runrail subscription terms
Terms version 2026-10-16-v1. These terms are published in advance and take effect only for a purchase that records this exact version at checkout. Publishing them does not open checkout: subscriptions open only when the qualification gates on the status page pass.
Seller

Offers and prices
Solo — EUR 19.00 per month. Consumer purchases include VAT; business purchases are plus applicable tax. 250 pages per month, 10 active routines, one owner, two devices, one Google connection after its qualification.
Team — EUR 99.00 per month plus applicable tax, business only. 2,000 pages per month, 50 routines, 5 full members, 10 viewers, three Google connections, 5 GiB hosted source storage. Team opens only after shared-workspace qualification.
Monthly billing only, no annual plan, no automatic overages: when the page allowance ends, new processing stops until the next month or a pack purchase. Review and export of saved results keep working.
Page packs
Solo pack EUR 9.00 for 250 pages; Team pack EUR 24.00 for 1,000 pages. One-time purchase, no renewal, no automatic recharge. Packs expire 90 days after purchase, require an active matching subscription, and are limited to four purchases in a rolling 30 days. Earliest-expiring pages are used first; monthly base pages win a tie and do not roll over.
Trial
30 days, 25 pages, 2 routines, no card required. The trial starts with the first authorized real extraction; the synthetic sample never consumes the allowance. There is no automatic conversion to a paid plan.
What counts as a page
One accepted page of a supported invoice or receipt PDF, counted when a processing result is persisted for review. A completed extraction still counts if the document is later excluded; a technical failure releases the reservation. Re-export of saved results costs nothing.
Payment, renewal, failed payment
Subscriptions renew monthly through Stripe, with a reminder 3 days before renewal. After a failed payment, collection is retried on days 1, 3, and 7. Cancellation suppresses later retries immediately. Plan changes take effect at the next billing boundary without automatic proration.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancelling schedules the end at the paid-through boundary; saved records stay readable and exportable afterwards. The voluntary refund period is 14 calendar days for the first subscription payment and for unused page packs, without limiting statutory rights. Details are on the cancellation and refunds pages. What Runrail does and does not do
Runrail proposes spreadsheet entries from documents and exports only after your approval. Original files are never modified. It does not replace accounting, tax, or legal review. A plan can only be sold when its published gate has passed; gate states are on the status page.
