Runrail support

Direct product, billing, and security support.

Product questions and public-release inquiries are handled directly at the published support address. When subscription sales open, Paid Alpha support will target a first response within one business day. No uptime or resolution SLA is included.

hello@veyact.com

Include the plan name, operating system, Runrail version, and a short redacted description. For billing help, include only an invoice or Checkout Session reference when requested. Never send card data, a recovery code, repository content, credentials, or API keys.

Subscribers can manage or cancel through Link or the Stripe-hosted billing portal, according to the provider model recorded at checkout. Refund and billing-correction requests are reviewed under that same policy version. The support route is active now; subscription checkout remains separately fail-closed until the selected commerce model, installer, canary, and final authority gates pass.

Escalation boundary

  • billing and access incidents are handled before product questions
  • security reports use the subject Runrail security disclosure
  • repository content remains on the customer machine
  • a first response is targeted within one business day, without an uptime or resolution SLA
  • support does not grant pilot, execution, deployment, or source-apply authority

Responsible disclosure

Report a suspected vulnerability with the affected Runrail version, platform, impact, and minimal redacted reproduction steps. Do not include source repositories, credentials, customer data, or active exploit material in the first email.

Veyact will acknowledge and triage reports through the published address. Public disclosure, customer notification, and any regulatory report are coordinated against the verified scope and applicable law; the Paid Alpha does not claim an ISO 27001, SOC 2, penetration-test, or compliance certification.
