Refunds

Published in advance with terms version 2026-10-16-v1 and effective for purchases that record it. No payments are being taken yet, so no refunds are being processed; the policy below is the one the first sale will be checked against.

Planned policy

A 14-day voluntary refund period for the first subscription payment and for unused page packs, without limiting statutory rights. Packs and renewals follow the pricing page once it describes a live offer.

Refund handling is unavailable while checkout is closed. Before sales open, this page will be reconciled with the final merchant and tax setup, and the request route will be published here.
